So, I went on a little mini shoot with my sister and her friend Sabrina. Things went awesome. At least until the end. My other friend, a photographer, who was with us was supposed to take a few shots of my sis and I together, but when handing her my camera to use with my BRAND NEW 1.8/f lens she fumbled it, and dropped it breaking the lens in half. The lens is now currently stuck to my camera body, and I cannot remove it for fear that forcing it will destroy the locking mechanism on the camera too, if its not already broken.

I have a rebel xti backup, but desperately do not want to have to resort to using it. Not only that, I'm so sad that my new lens was broken. Granted, it was a cheap little thing ($99), but it sure took beautiful pictures.

Anyway, not much to say. I'm working on updating my website to a new url, and hosting service. The new url will be azrhia.com when its up which hopefully will be within the month.

So, tonight I'm a sad panda, but hopefully tomorrow my husband can take my camera to the shop, and get it fixed.
